Roum’s coffee beans are made with each order. Coffee beans are roasted, produced and packaged right after the order is received to ensure freshness.
We purchase annually harvested fresh coffee beans 2- 3 times a month separately to secure the best quality fresh beans. To exclude beans with flaws, we purchase 20kg at a time for better-quality control instead of 60kg annually.
Coffee bean quality control tests are conducted once every 3 months.
When roasting small batches of under 8kg, semi-hot-air drying roasters are generally chosen; however, a better taste is achieved at Roum by using a 5kg digital roaster. This machine ensures error free uniform roasting to always produce the same fragrant and tasty coffee beans.
A total network system has been set up for distribution of the best top quality café related products to provide better service with café consultation.
Not only premium coffee beans, but all the necessary supplies to operate a café are distributed through our distribution system.
Various syrups for drinks, distinct sauce brands (Monin, Ghirardelli, Routin 1883, Jupiter, Carpe Day, SM, Taco, Pomona, Torani, Som, etc.), disposables and café supplies are distributed to all the areas in the country.
